60 Day Small Business Marketing Bootcamp
If you own and operate a small business, you know how important it is to generate opportunities. All businesses need a steady stream of the right opportunities to grow. This is why I’ve been lucky to work with companies like Harley Davidson, Rockwell, Kimberly Clark and Abbott Laboratories to make this happen. Of course, these huge companies can afford to hire equally huge teams of marketing experts to solve their problems. How can a small business leverage powerful marketing strategies on limited budgets?
The answer is marketing coaching. I work one on one with small business people to provide on demand expertise, an objective view and accountability to achieve business goals. All of my clients are capable of doing the work of marketing themselves. They leverage my experience to hone in on the activities that directly impact growth and to focus like a laser on bringing in the right business.
Each week, we will meet to solve marketing problems, define milestones and review progress. Following the MAPS framework, the program builds each week to quickly produce results. During the first session we will identify crucial issues that are holding you back. In subsequent sessions, we will systematically resolve these issues according to your unique plan.
Then each subsequent week, we will have short, on-line coaching sessions to keep you on task, tackle new issues and ensure you are racing towards your goals.
